My 6 year old was overjoyed to pose next to American sports cars and couldn’t care less about the eco-friendly cars pitched as the highlight of the show. In my observation, this sentiment was shared by the throngs of auto show patrons who crowded around the Vipers, Cobras, Cameros, Corvettes and Mustangs while the rotating platforms with “ green” cars only drew glances from onlookers.
