Why won’t gov’t punish the car manufacturers (Ford for Ex) who continue to make SUV’s. MPG should not be a standard..rather fuel type. Ethanol, Battery, Hybrid, Biodiesel , whatever! this is 2008 we should be settting the bar for the world. …. People will walk, ride bikes, take public transit, and people will pressure car manufacturers to build eco friendly cars . Americans won’t budge
